Recommended use or purpose:
Helps to temporarily promote relaxation. Helps re-set the body's sleep-wake cycle (aspect of the circadian rhythm) Helps to prevent and/or reduce the effects of jet lag (e.g. daytime fatigue, sleep disturbance) for people travelling by plane easterly across two or more time zones.
Duration of Use
Jet lag:For occasional short-term use. Sleep-wake cycle: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner. Delayed sleep phase disorder: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner. Sleep restriction/altered sleep schedule: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
Recommended Dose Adults:
1 Capsule(s) 1 time(s) per day Jet lag : Take once a day at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern. Sllep restriction: Take once a day, at or before bedtime.
Each chewable tablet contains:
5-Hydroxy-L-tryptophan 15 mg
L-Theanine 100 mg
N-Acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine 1.5 mg
Citric acid, D-sorbitol, dextrose, mango flavor, orange flavor, peach flavor, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, stevia rebaudiana leaf, sucrose, talc, xylitol.
Cautions and Warnings

Contraindications If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product. Known Adverse Reactions Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
